Are you ready to shape the future of advanced composite materials? We’re seeking a passionate and innovative Scientist to drive product development for next generation aerospace and defense applications.
Job Description:
Lead development of next-generation carbon fiber reinforced polymeric composites.
Design and optimize materials for demanding aerospace and defense environments.
Engage directly with customers to translate Technical insights into real-world solutions
Prerequisites:
PhD in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering.
Experience in development of carbon fiber reinforced polymeric composites.
Composite material science, including structure-property relationships, processing, and advanced characterization techniques.
Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical clientele
Collaborative mindset, creativity, and a drive to deliver innovative solutions.
Must be a US Citizen, due to our adherence to ITAR Regulations.
You will get:
Base salary range $125,000 - $150,000+ per year.
In addition to the base salary, this role also includes bonus and other incentives.
6 Weeks of PTO and Company Holidays.
