Key Responsibilities (be a Good Super)- Supervise and manage asphalt paving operations on job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subs, MOT people, QC people, etc
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures
Required Qualifications - 5+ years civil superintendent experience
