Requirements to apply
• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse licensure meeting applicable state requirements
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience, including at least one (1) year working with the elderly population
• At least one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to travel between clinic sites and participant homes as needed; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required if using a personal vehicle

Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative PACE Clinical Services Manager to lead nursing operations across the PACE clinic and PACE Home Care program. This role is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
