Operations Data Analyst 76102 W2 only NO C2C

Fort Worth, TX

3 month contract with option to extend or convert

Competency in Excel; familiarity with SAP preferred;

Ability to work on-site at the corporate office in downtown Fort Worth Evenings or Overnight available only 8pm-5am or 3pm- 11pm

Responsibilities :

• Review, organize, and maintain data in Excel to support business reporting and decision-making
• Enter and update information in SAP accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with team members and internal partners via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Perform careful, detail-oriented work to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Follow established processes and documentation while proactively identifying issues or improvements
• Manage daily tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment

Skills :

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel (sorting/filtering data, basic formulas, formatting) is essential
• Familiarity with SAP as a user is strongly preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for daily communication and collaboration
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
