Riveter Consulting Group is assisting an UHNW household to unearth a highly skilled and discreet House Manager/Housekeeper to oversee the daily care and maintenance of a 20,000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in luxury estate management and housekeeping, maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness, and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach while remaining mindful of valuable artwork and delicate furnishings. This is a replacement position for a long-term Housekeeper.

Compensation: DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a half-day on Saturday (exact start time TBD)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily household operations including vendors, delivery services, and contractors as needed
• Run household errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other requests
• Provide “invisible service” with professionalism and discretion; maintain friendly but minimal interaction with principals
• Perform daily deep cleaning and upkeep of a large, luxury residence
• Handle laundry, ironing, folding, and fabric care to the highest standards
• Prepare meals and assist with light household cooking
• Care for one small (4 lb.) dog, including feeding and walking when the principal is not home
• Maintain outdoor furniture with regular wiping and dusting
• Provide light plant care, including watering and upkeep
• Carefully dust and maintain valuable art collections both inside and outside the home
• Communicate primarily via text/app, with weekly in-person check-ins
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a House Manger/Housekeeper in a private UHNW home or large estate
• Strong knowledge of luxury household cleaning, including proper care of stone, wood, and delicate surfaces
• Skilled in laundry and garment care for designer clothing and fine fabrics
• Ability to cook simple, healthy meals
• Comfortable around small pets
• Local to the area and able to reliably commute (live-out only)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must be discreet, reliable, and maintain a service-oriented mindset
