Role & Location:

Immigration Attorney – Phoenix, Arizona

We are seeking an Arizona-based Immigration Attorney to join our team and provide expert legal guidance. This role will also ensure that our immigration services and internal operations remain fully compliant with federal and state laws as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and represent clients on immigration matters, with a focus on O-1, EB2 NIW, and EB1A visas
  • Provide legal guidance on U.S. immigration policies and compliance requirements
  • Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant federal and Arizona state regulations
  • Develop and implement internal policies to monitor ongoing compliance across immigration services
  • Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance gaps
  • Stay updated on immigration law developments and advise on their impact to operations

Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney in Arizona (required)
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law, particularly O-1, EB2 NIW, and EB1A visa categories
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in legal practice
  • Excellent communication and client advisory skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
  • Strong legal research, writing, and case-preparation skills
