Emergency Staffing Solutions (ESS) has been providing Management & Staffing for Emergency Department and Hospitalist programs since 2001. This is a full-time on-site role for a Locum Service Division Lead, based in Dallas, TX. The Locum Service Division Lead will oversee the daily operations of our Locum Tenens division, manage and develop client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, coordination of physician placements, and financial oversight. The role requires interaction with hospitals and healthcare professionals to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
