Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Los Angeles 90013

Duration: 5 months with possible extension

Shift: M-F 7am 4pm with some scheduled OT for vendor escort

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

This location covers 2 office buildings, majority of work will be done on 5th St., with occasional work in Grand Ave.

This is a role that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and has a lot of interaction with the client.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Team Overview:

Candidate will be working mostly independently

This is fast paced office

Interview Process:

1st and 2nd round with H.M (Teams), 3rd round in-person with site-manager and meet and greet with client.

• What You'll Do: Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
