Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Entry Level Marketing Planner to join our team. The Marketing Planner will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing plans that align with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support brand, product, and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align strategies and ensure consistency.
• Manage campaign calendars, ensuring all initiatives are executed on schedule.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution.
• Assist in budget planning and monitor spend across marketing initiatives.
• Optimize marketing processes by identifying efficiencies and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social media, paid media, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability to shifting priorities.
