BIBA Social is an invitation-only private club in the heart of West Palm Beach, uniting an international community of members through exceptional hospitality, curated experiences, and timeless elegance. Situated within the historic El Cid property, BIBA blends Riviera sophistication with the vibrant spirit of West Palm Beach. BIBA social is set to open in 2026.

Position Overview

BIBA Social is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Membership & Programming to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of membership, creating seamless member experiences, and designing and executing exclusive programming that reflects the club’s luxury standards.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Membership Management

  • Oversee all aspects of membership, including acquisition, retention, and member relations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for membership inquiries, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and databases.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with prospective and current members to enhance their experience.
  • Communicate regularly with members about events, club updates, and exclusive opportunities.

Programming & Event Management

  • Develop, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of events and experiences tailored to member interests.
  • Collaborate with vendors, caterers, and entertainment providers to deliver high-quality programming.
  • Manage event and program budgets to ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate all logistics, including venue, catering, décor, and staffing.
  • Ensure that programming and events align with BIBA Social’s brand and maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Marketing & Communications

  • Partner with internal teams to create campaigns that drive membership engagement and participation in programming.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify innovative programming opportunities.
  • Develop compelling communications to promote events, initiatives, and club updates across multiple channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in membership management, program development, and event planning, preferably in a private members’ club or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse, international membership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with PeopleVine or similar membership management software is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative programs and events.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by programming and events.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable member experiences.
  • Knowledge of local and national social trends is an advantage.
