Overview

Dynamico is seeking a versatile Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you'll bring designs to life across our portfolio of companies, creating engaging visual content that spans static graphics to motion-based work. You'll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling designs that support multiple brands and business objectives, with a focus on digital-first content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets across multiple formats including digital advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, web graphics, and brand collateral
• Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling and engagement across digital channels (advanced animation skills not required)
• Collaborate with marketing teams across our portfolio brands to develop concepts and execute on-brand designs that align with distinct business goals
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different platforms and formats
• Develop animated social media content, GIFs, and short-form video graphics to support marketing campaigns
• Manage multiple projects across various brands while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Stay current with design and motion trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and basic animations
• Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, and web platforms
• Understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and brand systems
• Ability to work on-site at our Fort Lauderdale office
• Excellent time management skills with ability to juggle multiple brands and projects
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Bonus: Experience with Figma, basic video editing, or UI/UX design principles
