Occupational Therapist, Full Time

Position Summary : As an Occupational Therapist, you'll be the superhero of daily living! Under the supervision of the Center Administrator, you'll provide top-notch clinical occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for our

PACE program participants. Whether it's in the Day Center, Nursing Home, or in-home settings, you'll be there to support participants on acute, restorative, or maintenance levels.

• Assessments : Conducts initial and annual occupational therapy assessments for participants.
• Evaluation and Treatment : Provides evaluation and treatment at acute, restorative, and maintenance levels.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team on care plans and attends meetings.
• Treatment and Equipment : Administers treatment programs, provides orthotic equipment, and coordinates home modifications.
• Education and Principles : Educates participants, families, and staff on care and safety, and applies therapy principles to prevent decline and improve skills.

Minimum Education:

· Occupational Therapy License in North Carolina

Minimum Requirements:

· 2 years of experience in OT (Preferred)

· CPR Certification (Required)

Other Requirements :

· Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.

· Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
