Job Description

Diversified Safety Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a large-scale data center project . The selected individual will serve as a trusted safety partner, ensuring compliance, collaboration, and consistent safety performance across all contractors and trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site safety efforts
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and safety documentation.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce project-specific safety plans, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Maintain regular on-site presence and actively participate in project and team meetings to provide proactive safety guidance.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
• Support additional project-specific safety initiatives and compliance requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience,
• Prior experience supporting data center or mission-critical environments .
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field or BCSP certification (CSP, CHST, etc.) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional yet easygoing personality.
• Ability to build relationships, drive compliance, and represent the Owner’s interests effectively.
