Job Overview
We’re looking for a disciplined, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outbound growth team.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many auto repair shop owners. You’ll play a critical role in building qualified pipeline, starting real conversations, and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (AEs) .
This role is a great fit for someone who likes structure and problem-solving, but gets bored doing repetitive back-office work all day. It combines outbound calling, prospecting, and thoughtful conversation to help set the tone for our incoming clients.

SDRs are responsible for starting conversations and setting expectations — not closing deals.
Detailed discovery, solution design, and final recommendations are handled by our Account Executives .

Who This Role Is a Good Fit For
This role can be a great fit for individuals who are already familiar with 1099 or contract-based work , including those currently doing delivery or gig-based roles (such as DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Uber, etc.).
If you’re comfortable managing your own time, working toward performance goals, and prefer a structured opportunity during typically slower midweek hours (Tuesday–Thursday), this role can offer a more consistent, skill-building alternative with long-term income potential.
