Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect with expertise in multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and sustainable design practices, with proven experience in leading teams and collaborating effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires proficiency in REVIT and a deep understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of multi-family residential projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and review architectural designs, construction drawings, and documentation using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate client communication to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- NCARB certification and a valid architectural license are required.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, particularly in multi-family housing.
- Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD; experience with other design software is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
