Shipping & Receiving Associate

Bighorn Firearms is a premium firearms retailer in Denver known for quality products, attention to detail, and strong customer service. We’re looking to add a Shipping & Receiving Associate to our team — a role that is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and critical to our daily operations.

This is not a desk job . It’s a hands-on position that requires focus, accountability, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming firearms and inventory
• Packing and shipping firearms and accessories in strict compliance with federal and state regulations
• Managing inventory accuracy, pricing, and product flow
• Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas
• Working on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment
• Following established procedures, policies, and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance-driven processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet a strict attendance policy
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and good personal hygiene
• Comfortable receiving regular performance feedback and reviews
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a high-stress environment
• Industry or firearms knowledge is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person

Requirements

• Ability to start immediately
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Able to work 35–40 hours per week
• Comfortable lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day
• In-person applications only
