Why This Role Matters

Social media is the front line of the brand. This role is responsible for executing the founder-led voice across platforms with precision, consistency, and creativity. You will own social content strategy and day-to-day execution to amplify the brand, engage the audience, and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day social media management across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent, high-quality posting aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Translate the founder’s vision, voice, and brand identity into engaging social content.
  • Create, edit, and optimize social content formats including short-form video, graphics, reels, stories, and carousel posts.
  • Execute integrated social campaigns, including influencer collaborations and content partnerships, that align with brand strategy.
  • Track and analyze social performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions) and use insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Identify content trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to inform creative strategy and future campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency and authenticity across all social touchpoints while experimenting with creative approaches to drive engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally within consumer, wellness, lifestyle, or influencer-led brands.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and trends.
  • Experience creating content that reflects a founder-led or personality-driven brand voice.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, produce, and execute social content at scale.
  • Experience with social scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or public-facing founders.
  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Basic video/photo editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Experience experimenting with emerging formats and platforms to engage audiences.
