Senior Sanitation Manager – Food Manufacturing

📍 Locations: Delmarva Peninsula (Virginia) (Very close to the beaches!)

💰 Salary: $160,000 – $170,000 + Bonus

MRIGlobalFoodBev is proud to partner with a highly reputable domestic client that continues to expand and grow, offering exceptional stability and career advancement opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sanitation Manager to join their team at one of their largest U.S. facilities.

Each site employs nearly 2,000 team members and presents the type of scale and complexity that makes this an exciting leadership opportunity. In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between the sanitation team and senior leadership, helping to shape site-wide sanitation strategy and influence operational excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead plant-wide sanitation programs at a large, complex facility
• Partner with the Director of Operations and Director of Sanitation
• Drive best practices and elevate sanitation culture at both site and corporate levels
• Play a key role in an evolving operational excellence initiative
• Receive strong organizational support to achieve success

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of sanitation-related experience
• Strong background in food manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to lead in large-scale, complex operations
