Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select candidates aligned with the company’s mission and values
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through networking and research
• Build sustainable talent pipelines to improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-fill
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to provide recruitment strategy guidance and best practices
• Deliver a transparent and engaging experience for hiring managers and candidates
• Use recruiting data and market insights to improve the hiring process and candidate experience
• Promote the company’s employment brand through social media and networking efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Workday is a plus)
• Ability to travel up to 15% based on business needs
