Job Description

We’re looking for a Workday Learning Administrator to support our transition from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning. This 12-month engagement offers the opportunity to play a key role in modernizing our learning infrastructure and improving how employees access and engage with training content.

🔍 Project Overview

As part of our HR technology transformation, you’ll help migrate data, configure the new learning environment, and ensure smooth adoption across teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing Workday Learning to support employee development and organizational growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support data migration from the current LMS to Workday Learning.
• Manage configuration, administration, and maintenance of Workday Learning modules.
• Collaborate with training teams to upload and organize learning content.
• Provide technical support and resolve user issues.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure learning effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training rollouts.
• Contribute to system testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.

🎓 Education & Certifications

• Certification in Workday Learning or equivalent LMS administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
