Join our dynamic team at Jinya Ramen Bar in Buford! We are ideally located in The Exchange at Gwinnett.

• Jinya Ramen Bar is looking for a Host/Hostess.
• Part-time or Full-time, depending on current needs
• $10 - $12 hourly rate, plus tips.

Host Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they enter, and placing them on a waiting list as necessary.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation for servers in mind.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu.
• Assist with To-Go orders.
• Maintain cleanliness in front of house.
• Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
• Providing great customer service.
