Job Description

The role involves providing outpatient non-surgical rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain conditions, focusing on restoring function and supporting return-to-work strategies.

• Perform functional and impairment evaluations and collaborate with therapy and behavioral health teams.
• Track patient progress and document findings in compliance with standards.

Candidates should be board-certified or eligible in PM&R, hold an active California medical license, and have experience in musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation. Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a patient-first approach.

This full-time position offers a predictable schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call), with compensation ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 annually. The organization is dedicated to interdisciplinary care and improving quality of life.
