We are seeking a Therapists (PT, OT, or SLP) to join our team. This role blends professional therapy practice with the benefits of outdoor, equine-assisted, and nature-based approaches. Therapists will collaborate with trained horse handlers to ensure safe and engaging sessions while helping patients reach their fullest potential.
Provide therapy services to patients in an outpatient, nature-based setting.
Incorporate hippotherapy techniques into treatment sessions.
Collaborate with horse handlers and staff to ensure safe, effective therapy experiences.
Build strong connections with patients and families through compassionate care.
Support the mission of Strides of Strength by fostering growth, healing, and resilience.
Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) — new graduates are welcome.
Prior experience working with horses.
Willingness to complete hippotherapy training (provided).
Relaxed, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Passion for working outdoors and in nontraditional therapy settings.
