We are currently looking for highly skilled and reliable Tile Setters/Installers to join our team for permanent, full-time positions. As a Tile Setter/Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tiles and flooring across various projects. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and fellow team members.
Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work.
Represent the company professionally in the field by maintaining a clean, groomed appearance, with a uniform that is always clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Experience with installing different types of tiles and flooring
Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
Expertise in troweling and providing correct pitch for drainage.
Meticulous eye for detail.
