About Us

Colasanti Companies is a leading Construction Manager and General Contractor, as well as a nationally recognized self-performing concrete contractor. We take pride in tackling some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the country, including luxury high-rise hotels, mixed-use developments, stadiums, universities, and municipal projects.

Our culture is built on collaboration, accountability, and craftsmanship. We value people who take ownership, lead with integrity, and share our commitment to safety and quality. At Colasanti, you will join a family-owned company with four generations of experience, where your expertise will be recognized and your growth supported.

About the Role

We are seeking a Superintendent who thrives on challenge and leadership. This role oversees daily on-site operations, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors and craft employees within our CM/GC operations. From preconstruction through close-out, you will be a driving force in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of excellence.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Executive, EVP of Operations, and the entire project team, bringing your problem-solving mindset, communication skills, and technical expertise to every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure all field operations follow Colasanti’s high safety standards.

• Participate in preconstruction planning, logistics, and schedule development.

• Review and onboard subcontractors to ensure scope alignment and eliminate gaps.

• Lead coordination of trades, vendors, and suppliers to drive progress and maintain quality.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring labor and schedule efficiency.

• Monitor and document project progress using Procore.

• Manage inspections, approvals, and QA/QC documentation.

• Mentor and develop field teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on cost control, field changes, and design coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–4 years of experience as a Superintendent or related field leadership role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, Egnyte, and a working knowledge of Autodesk products.

• OSHA 30-hour certification, CPR, and First Aid training required.

• Ground-up construction experience required; high-rise experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of local and national building codes and inspection processes.

• Willingness to work in all field conditions and lead by example.

Why Colasanti

At Colasanti, we offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a culture that values teamwork, innovation, and results. Our projects challenge and inspire, giving you the chance to build structures that shape skylines and strengthen communities.

Colasanti Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and respect for all. We believe great teams are built through shared purpose and collaboration. Join us in building something extraordinary together.
