Position: Customer Service and Data Entry role in the medical device field

Pay: $20/hr

Location: Kearny Mesa

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated individual for the Resupply Membership role in California. This position is focused on providing exceptional customer support within the medical device sector. The ideal candidate will assist customers via email and phone, ensuring that all resupply orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Engage with customers through email and phone, managing a moderate volume of inquiries.
• Assist patients by assessing their reviews of equipment and addressing their concerns.
• Verify appropriate documentation for insurance and prescriptions to ensure compliance.
• Document and report product complaints and compliments to enhance service quality.
• Maintain daily tasks as directed by leadership to support operational efficiency.
• Run regular insurance verifications as needed to facilitate smooth processing of orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers, physicians, and patients to ensure proper equipment delivery and information documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, particularly over the phone.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a team-driven environment, contributing to collaborative efforts.

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

8am - 4:30pm
