Recruiter- Entry Level/Agency

We're seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing staffing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruiting, HR, or sales. As a Recruiter, you?ll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with top employers, building relationships, and supporting the hiring needs of our clients.


You'll receive hands-on training in sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the placement process. This position offers strong career growth potential into an Outside Sales / Account Manager role, where you?ll have the opportunity to build and manage your own client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Post job openings and manage applicant flow through online job boards and social media.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and skill sets.
• Match qualified candidates with client openings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding, reference checks, and employment verifications as needed.
• Support account managers and senior recruiters with daily recruiting activities.
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus!
