Field Service Specialist – Food & Beverage Division

Location: Nebraska (Regional travel required)

We’re seeking a Field Service Specialist who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing role and is passionate about solving real-world industrial challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site service and technical support for chemical treatment programs at food and beverage manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor system performance, conduct water sampling and analysis, and adjust treatment programs as needed.
• Build strong relationships with plant personnel and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field service, water treatment, or food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nebraska and surrounding areas.
• Familiarity with water treatment systems and lab testing procedures is a plus.
